" Human Health Passport", developed at the Institute of Gerontology for remote monitoring of health of the population, automatic assessment and determine the need for maintaining health and developed preventive measures necessary for health and labour activity of the population. The state of health is the basis of the general working capacity and functional age of the pensioners and the employee. In the world are exists basic scales for the definition and assessment of frailty, intrinsic capacity, assessment of cognitive abilities. We have created a method named "Human Health Passport" online for round-the-clock monitoring of public health online.
