PHYSIOLOGY AND LABOR HYGIENE OF ELDERLY AND OCCUPATIONAL-LABOR REHABILITATION OF OLDER WORKERS
At the very beginning of the laboratory, the scientific problem was the development of rational regimes of work and restoration of older workers. The factors that were found to limit the labor activity of the elderly were identified. A professional rehabilitation of workers at work was developed, which served to implement the state social policy with adequate employment of pensioners and pre-pensioners. The age dynamics, psychomotor, physical and mental capacity of a person are described. The classification of the general working ability of a person is developed. The possibility of stimulating the elderly's to work ability on the basis of “vitaukt” - the adaptation to long-term viability of the organism.
