We are pleased to inform you that the Lithuanian version of the "Human Health Passport" is finally available from September 4th, 2022! An improved version is available around the clock for screening and monitoring your own health absolutely free of charge for all. The research, which is carried out by colleagues from the Institute of Gerontology and Vilnius University https://www.gmc.vu.lt/en/ibs/departments/department-of-neurobiology-and-biophysics , is carried out by means of a survey under a memorandum of understanding. After completing an online study, you can find out your Functional Aging Rate, which helps you adjust your lifestyle, workouts and balance your work and leisure time.  We thank the Marius Jakulis Jason Foundation  https://mjjfondas.lt/en/main-page   for supporting the creation of the Lithuanian version of the "Human Health Passport". https://forms.gle/EenNDHBdrKi8oKyS7 Poliakov, O., Tomarevska, O., Prokopenko, N., & Maidikov, I.
