OVERALL PHYSICAL WORKABILITY AND PREDICTORS OF AGING IN THE RETIREMENT PERSONS

(Print in Ukrainian language) Summary: The actual issues of research on age-related sarcopenia in the context of reducing the overall physical capacity of elderly person are compared with young workers. With the help of physiological & ergometric studies the workability, actual nutrition research and correlation analysis, it was found positive correlation associations between hand grip strength and endurance and functional parameters of breath, cognitive functions, and daily variability of proteins, fruits and vegetables components of nutrition. The significant impact of unbalanced actual nutrition on age-related muscle strength in pensioners has been revealed.
